Straight answers

Common questions.

If you are comparing options, send us the difficult question. We aim to give a clear, practical answer rather than a sales script.

Ask OpsWise
Can you support our Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace setup?

Yes. We support Microsoft 365, Entra and Google Workspace for Education, including identities, groups, email, MFA, device policies, licensing, safeguarding controls and migrations. We can also help schools that use both platforms.

Can you help improve our Wi-Fi and network?

Yes. We can review broadband, firewalls, switching, wireless coverage, VLANs, capacity and filtering. Recommendations are based on the school estate, safeguarding requirements, future plans and the evidence found during technical assessment.

Can you strengthen our cyber security and backups?

Yes. We help schools review privileged access, MFA, endpoint protection, patching, email security, backups, recovery testing, monitoring and incident readiness. Any recommendations are prioritised by risk and practical school impact.

Can you support our MIS and connected school systems?

Yes. We have experience supporting systems including SIMS, Arbor, RM Unify, Wonde, Groupcall, CPOMS, InVentry and connected Microsoft or Google services. The exact responsibility is agreed clearly where another supplier also provides support.

Can you work alongside an internal IT technician?

Yes. A co-managed service can provide a senior escalation route, additional capacity, monitoring, documentation and project expertise while retaining day-to-day knowledge in school.

Do you help with safeguarding and filtering reviews?

Yes. We help schools plan and document filtering and monitoring reviews, test controls across locations and devices, record findings and present technical risks clearly for DSLs, leaders and governors.
